Kids Birthday Party
Beginner Class

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PARTY! Colorful fabrics, rattling sewing machines and lots of creativity – that fascinates girls just as much as boys. Children as of 8 years first learn how to use the sewing machine safely and after 2.5 hours they proudly hold a shoppin bag, gym bag, bag, stuffed toy or skirt in their hands. Please let me know in advance which sewing project the birthday child chooses, as all children will sew the same project. On the event day every child can choose the fabrics and colors of their choice. All sewing tools and fabrics required will be provided to you and are included in the class price. You are also welcome to use your own sewing machine.

Course Content

  • Basic functions of a sewing machine

  • Basic sewing techniques (lining, top stitching, raw edge trimming) 

  • Lots of fun!

Required Skills

  • No sewing skills required

  • Children must be 8 years+ old and confident in handling scissors

  • Sewing machines (Brother Innovis i10a) 

  • Iron

  • All Sewing Supplies (Needles. Scissors, Yarn etc.)

  • A curated selection of fabrics  (included in the class price)

  • Sewing Patterns

  • 2.5h including break as required

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday and upon request

Price

  • 4-5 kids: 260€ Person (incl. fabrics & sewing machines) + potential travel fee

  • 2-3 kids: 200€ (incl. fabrics & sewing machines) + potential travel fee

Attendees​

  • More than 5 people upon request (I can provide 5 sewing machines)

Important information about payment & cancellation

  • The full course fee is due 14 days before the start of the class or 2 days after the class date confirmation for short-term bookings

  • Up to 14 days before the start of the class, rescheduling to another date is possible and free of charge

  • A rebooking/cancellation fee of 50% of the total price is due up to 7 days of cancellation before the class begins

  • For cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the class, a rebooking/cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the course expires. However, you are welcome to forward the class date to someone else. In this case please contact me.
